Global Lead for HR Operations

The Global Lead for HR Operations will design and implement the HR Operations target operating model and service delivery framework, with an initial focus on leading the TSA Exit Program for HR Operations and Payroll. This role manages the global transition of payroll and HR services to a future-state operating model, driving vendor consolidation, process standardization, and technology transformation. The position serves as the key contact point for service quality during the transition period within the Solutions business of Animal Nutrition & Health.
