Global Mobility Lead

The Global Mobility Lead will build and manage programs that support employees joining, moving, and working across borders, including ownership of mobility policies, immigration casework, and vendor relationships. This role partners with Legal, Finance, and People Ops to ensure cross-border moves are clear, compliant, and well-supported. The position involves managing individual mobility cases, handling employment-based immigration, and ensuring right-to-work compliance across various jurisdictions. Additionally, the lead will model and track mobility costs, build tracking systems, and create dashboards to monitor mobility metrics.
