Global Payroll Capability Manager

The Global Payroll Capability Manager leads the value-creation arm of the ZB Global Payroll Excellence team, focusing on Operational Excellence, People Readiness, and Change Enablement. This role converts strategy into scalable ways of working, drives measurable improvements, and builds sustainable organizational capability while protecting mission-critical Payroll Operations. The position involves leading a team of SMEs and Leads, governing improvement and change initiatives, and partnering globally with various stakeholders to increase the value realized from payroll people, processes, and technology.
