The Global Payroll Country/Regional Lead is a senior role on the Implementation team responsible for leading country or regional payroll implementations and ensuring compliant payroll delivery. The role partners with Sales, internal teams, and customers to drive projects from hand-over through parallel runs to live payroll and a smooth transition to Payroll Operations. This is a fully remote position working in a globally distributed, asynchronous environment.
