Global Payroll Operations Leader

Moody's is seeking an experienced payroll leader to join Global Payroll Operations at the VP or AVP level, owning the end-to-end delivery of payroll projects, M&A integrations, and process improvement initiatives across the global footprint. The role requires hands-on expertise with Workday HCM, strong knowledge of U.S. and international payroll tax compliance, and the ability to partner effectively with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence. This position focuses on leading complex, time-sensitive initiatives while ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely payroll delivery for employees across multiple countries.
