Global Payroll Operations Leader

Moody's is seeking an experienced payroll leader to join Global Payroll Operations at the VP or AVP level, owning the end-to-end delivery of payroll-related projects, mergers and acquisitions integrations, and process improvement initiatives across the global payroll footprint. The role requires hands-on expertise with Workday HCM, a strong command of U.S. and international payroll tax rules, and a proven track record of partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver complex, time-sensitive initiatives. Success in this position involves leading global payroll projects, managing M&A workstreams, and driving automation to enhance accuracy and operational excellence.
