About this role

The Global Process Engineer develops and deploys global manufacturing standards to improve equipment reliability and process performance across Aero Alliance factories. This role involves analyzing data, implementing lean methodologies, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to reduce costs and downtime. The engineer will also coach local factory teams, lead investigations into process failures, and manage the introduction of new technologies and processes.
