Global Process Lead

The Global Process Lead role within the Employee Experience area owns end-to-end People Processes, providing leading design expertise to deliver extraordinary global standards and optimized employee experiences. This position partners with HR COE teams to drive continuous process improvement, establish strategic roadmaps, and ensure operational excellence across the organization.
