Global Process Owner

As a Global Process Owner for Talent & Culture at Morningstar, you will develop and implement strategic visions, governance, and operational roadmaps to drive global consistency and automate key HR processes. You will partner with Global Operations and regional leaders to establish service level agreements, foster an employee-centric culture, and deliver best-in-class practices for global employee programs. This role involves leading cross-functional teams, managing end-to-end process transformations, and utilizing data-driven tools to enhance operational effectiveness.
