Global Program Manager, HR Time & Payroll Transformation

The Global Program Manager will lead the end‑to‑end delivery of Wärtsilä's multi‑year, multi‑country HR Time and Payroll Transformation program, coordinating vendors, regional teams, and stakeholders to ensure on‑time, on‑budget execution. The role is based in Gdansk, Poland (with alternative locations) and reports to the Head of HR Service Development in the COE Technology, Strategy & Insights organization.
