About this role
The Global Safety Head (GSH) is the senior safety expert for a portfolio of Oncology assets, accountable for all safety aspects across non-clinical, clinical, and marketed products. The role defines scientific and clinical safety strategies for target product profiles, clinical development plans, labeling, and risk management, and represents safety in regulatory and governance interactions. The GSH also leads and develops a team of safety leaders and provides strategic safety input across the product lifecycle and portfolio level.
