Global Shadowship Week

SOM's Global Shadowship Week is a week-long immersive program offering mentorship and professional experience to students pursuing careers in architecture, engineering, urban planning, graphic design, or interior design. The program provides a well-rounded perspective on the firm and its studios through lectures and events featuring representatives from multiple disciplines. Participants will gain insights into the day-to-day experience within the AEC industry while advancing equity, diversity, and inclusion.
