About this role
The Global Studies Leader (GSL) in PDG at Roche/Genentech is accountable for overall study-level leadership and delivery of the operational components of one or more clinical studies (Phase Ib–IV) aligned to asset and therapeutic area strategy. The role acts as the primary study-level interface with internal cross-functional teams and external CRO partners to ensure study execution, data integrity, compliance and readiness for inspections. The position is based in Beijing and supports study lifecycle activities from protocol development through study close while contributing to operational improvement initiatives.
