About this role

The Global Supplier Quality Engineer evaluates potential new suppliers, conducts technical capability assessments, and executes a range of quality processes such as APQP, DFMAT, PFMEA, SPC, and FAI to ensure components meet rigorous standards. The role also supports supplier development, manages corrective actions, and documents quality requirements to maintain consistent product quality throughout production.

Responsibilities

Evaluate potential new suppliers through technical capability assessments
Execute and monitor APQP processes during NPI projects
Facilitate Design for Excellence collaboration between R&D and suppliers
Communicate and maintain Critical to Quality characteristics with suppliers
Review supplier agreements and manage corrective action requests
