Global Supply Manager - Electromechanical TLA

Base is seeking a Global Supply Manager to own commercial relationships with contract manufacturers building electromechanical assemblies for their distributed battery network. This role involves managing total delivered costs, leading RFx processes, negotiating terms, and ensuring supplier readiness to support scaling from 1 GW to 3 GW. The manager will partner with engineering and manufacturing teams to decide on in-house versus outsourced production while driving cost reductions across a multi-commodity bill of materials.
