Global Talent Acquisition Specialist

The Global Talent Acquisition Specialist at BJAK is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for complex, non-technical roles across various functions such as Marketing, Finance, and Operations on a global scale. This role requires developing advanced sourcing strategies to build candidate pipelines, partnering with executive leaders on talent strategies, and ensuring compliance with local labor laws. Additionally, the Specialist will track recruitment performance metrics and embed Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion principles in hiring practices. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, strong sourcing expertise, and a strategic advisory capability for senior leaders.
