About this role

The Global Total Rewards, Compensation, and Benefits Manager will design, administer, and continuously improve NetDocuments’ global compensation and benefits programs to ensure market competitiveness and internal equity. The role supports Workday Compensation processes, conducts international benchmarking, and maintains job architecture and leveling frameworks across multiple regions. It partners closely with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Finance, and regional teams to align total rewards practices and support organizational growth. The position also manages benefits vendor relationships, analytics, compliance, and reporting for compensation and benefits programs.
