Global Transition and Transformation

This role is pivotal to front-ending and delivering the Operating Model transformation roadmap for Haleon, overseeing end-to-end delivery of transformation programs and projects. The position involves facilitating discovery and planning workshops, managing business cases, governance, and detailed design processes. It also encompasses stakeholder management, recruitment support, and RAID management to ensure successful transition execution.
