Global Value and Access Director

The Global Value and Access Director leads Kintiga’s value and access capability, providing strategic, commercial, and people leadership across HTA, reimbursement, value communications, stakeholder engagement, and policy strategy. Acting as a senior advisor to clients, the role ensures payer and HTA perspectives are embedded throughout product strategy, evidence generation, and value communication. The position requires significant experience in global or regional market access, strong leadership capabilities, and exceptional communication skills to drive profitable project delivery and client relationships.
