About this role

The Executive Program Lead serves as a trusted partner to Vice Presidents within HPE's Global Marketing & Communications team, bridging the gap between senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders. This role involves coordinating strategic priorities, managing operating cadences, and fostering culture through intentional programming and engagement initiatives. The position requires a collaborative individual contributor to translate high-level goals into actionable plans and ensure alignment across the organization.

Responsibilities

Translate executive priorities into clear leadership team plans and operating cadences
Design and manage agendas for high-level offsites and critical decision forums
Develop content and communications for team meetings and cultural milestones
Act as connective tissue between the Vice President, CMCO, and peer organizations
Support talent development and readiness initiatives through intentional programming

Skills

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or Business Administration5+ years of experience in program management or operations
