Goods Flow Process Leader - FT

This role reports to the Goods Flow Team Manager and is responsible for executing goods flow processes within the assigned store areas to ensure efficient replenishment and picking. The position involves coordinating with Sales, Communication, Design, and Supply Support teams to maximize logistics operations, maintain high goods availability, and uphold safety and environmental regulations. A key focus is leading goods flow co-workers to achieve cost-effective operations while fostering a strong IKEA culture.
