Governance Analyst II (Weekdays & Weekends)

The Governance Analyst II supports the firm’s governance program at Munger, Tolles & Olson, ensuring compliance with firm policies and client outside counsel guidelines. This role partners with legal support, operations, and technology teams and acts as a core member of the Governance department. The position works with governance systems and processes such as conflicts checks, matter intake, ethical walls, records management, outside counsel guidelines, and audit letters, and interacts with partners, clients, and other departments.
