Governance Lead

The Governance Lead owns the operation and continued development of the corporate governance framework, working directly with the Chair, Board, and senior leaders to shape governance at a defining stage in the company's development. This role provides independent, practical advice on governance, decision-making, and accountability while leading the governance team. The position involves connecting Board governance, delegated authority, and organisational decision-making to support delivery and ensure clear, defensible arrangements under future scrutiny.
