Government Contracts Manager

The Government Contracts Manager oversees U.S. Government funded contracts with Aerospace & Defense customers, managing the full contract lifecycle from capture and proposal support through negotiation, execution, and closeout. This role serves as a liaison between internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure regulatory compliance, mitigate risks, and resolve issues during contract performance. The position requires advising on contract strategy, FAR/DFARS compliance, and organizational conflict of interest mitigation while balancing competing priorities across multiple complex deals.
