Grade 1 Flight Instructor

As a Grade 1 Aeroplane Flight Instructor at RMIT, you will support the development and training of students to achieve their CASA licences at the completion of an aviation degree. The role requires being a subject matter expert in ab initio pilot instruction, demonstrating extensive mentoring experience, and maintaining a strong safety culture. You will deliver integrated pilot training while adapting your teaching style to suit diverse learners and guide early-career instructors.
