Grade 2 Health Promotion Practitioner

The role is for a Health Promotion Practitioner based in Mulgrave, delivering high‑quality health promotion initiatives across the City of Greater Dandenong, City of Casey and Cardinia Shire. The practitioner will develop, implement and evaluate programs focused on healthy eating, active living, tobacco and vaping harm reduction, and mental health, working both independently and collaboratively with community partners.
