Grade 2 Social Worker

The role is a full‑time, ongoing Grade 2 Social Worker position within Monash Health’s Secure Extended Care Unit at Dandenong Hospital. The Social Worker will provide psychosocial assessments, direct interventions, group facilitation and discharge planning for consumers with severe mental illness, while also supporting families with complex social needs.
