Grader Operator

The Grader Operator manages the flow of product from entry through the plant and out the cooler door, handling palletizing and denesting tasks. This role involves monitoring grader machines, verifying egg sizes for appropriate packaging, and serving as a liaison with the quality team and USDA representatives. The position requires maintaining a clean work area, following GMP standards, and wearing appropriate PPE.
