Graduate Assistant

The Masland Library is seeking a Graduate Assistant for Access Services to support interlibrary loan operations and ensure reliable access to resources for the academic community. This role involves managing ILL requests using Reshare, RapidILL, and OCLC WorldShare ILL, assisting with circulation desk duties, and providing reference services to patrons. The position requires strong organizational skills, customer-focused service, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
