About this role

Successful candidates will be based in Sydney or Newcastle and will participate in projects across ERM’s global operations, receiving structured training, a buddy program, and professional development. The role is aimed at recent graduates or those with up to two years' experience who are willing to undertake fieldwork and contribute to sustainability consulting projects.
