IONETIC
IONETIC is seeking motivated recent graduates to join its small engineering team building battery packs for automotive, bus, marine, and off‑highway customers. The role offers real responsibility from day one, allowing graduates to work on live programmes across mechanical, electrical, software, systems, thermal, and test domains, with direct exposure to product development and leadership.
IONETIC designs and manufactures custom battery packs for vehicle manufacturers building 100 to 15,000 units per model per year, serving automotive, bus, marine, and commercial & off-highway markets. Using Arc, their proprietary technology platform combining pre-validated hardware architectures, a software stack, and a flexible manufacturing system, IONETIC delivers custom battery systems 10x cheaper and 4x faster than traditional bespoke programmes. As a single integrated technology partner, IONETIC manages the full journey from pack concept to production.
