About this role

The Graduate Intern – MEL will support the management, quality assurance, analysis, and use of programme data across Mercy Corps Kenya's portfolio. Working under supervision, the intern will gain exposure to the MEL cycle, including digital data collection, data cleaning, dashboard development, and basic statistical analysis.

Responsibilities

Support testing and documentation of digital data-collection tools
Conduct data cleaning, validation, and quality checks
Develop and update Power BI dashboards and reports

Skills

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Applied Statistics, Economics and Statistics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Information Technology, Mathematics and Computer Science, Operations Research, Actuarial Science, Monitoring and Evaluation, or a related quantitative discipline
