CentraCare offers a year-long, paid Graduate Nurse Residency Program designed to help new graduate RNs transition confidently from student to professional nurse. The program provides monthly training, mentoring, and support for nurses with less than one year of RN experience across multiple locations in Minnesota. Eligible candidates must be graduates of an accredited nursing program and hold a Minnesota RN license by their start date.
