A pre-licensure/new graduate Nurse Resident participating in SSM Health’s Nurse Residency Program to support the transition from student to practicing nurse. The role includes a year-long residency with monthly virtual sessions, mentorship, and competency development. The position provides direct, age-appropriate patient care in a hospital setting under the direction of an RN preceptor while progressing toward RN licensure.

Qualifications
- Graduate of Accredited Nursing Program

- NCLEX Official Passing Score or NCLEX Status (within 3 months)
- WI Nursing Temporary Permit (if Wisconsin)
