Graduate Program : Manager de Production F/H

The Graduate Program Manager de Production F/H is a two‑year rotational role at McCain's Harnes site, offering hands‑on experience across the entire production chain from raw material sourcing to finished product delivery. Participants will lead production teams, manage continuous improvement projects, and collaborate with quality, process, packaging, and engineering functions while developing leadership skills through structured training, coaching, and mentorship.
