About this role
Reach is a 12-month trainee program within Avalere Health’s Medical Communications team for commercially focused scientific graduates. Participants rotate every four months across Scientific, Project Management/Client Services, and Digital/Creative areas, contributing to client projects and gaining mentorship and training. Successful completion may lead to transition into a permanent role.
