About this role

As a Deloitte Graduate in Turnaround & Restructuring, you will assist clients facing financial distress, under-performance, and disruption by analyzing financial performance, cash flow, and business positions. You will support live restructuring, turnaround, and insolvency engagements through real-world analysis, stakeholder communication, and the implementation of strategic recommendations. This permanent, full-time role offers structured learning, hands-on projects, and mentorship within a national cohort starting in March 2027.

Responsibilities

Analyze financial performance and cash flow to support restructuring engagements
Assist with independent business reviews and investigative reporting
Support day-to-day insolvency matters and stakeholder communication
Implement restructuring strategies for clients in financial distress
Collaborate with specialists to assess client positions and respond to complexity

Skills

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Commerce, Finance, or LawEligibility for Chartered Accountants (CA) Program
