About this role

This role is a Graduate Program position within Deloitte's Human Capital HR Transformation team, focusing on cloud HR and payroll solutions. As a Junior Consultant in 'HR Tech Implementation', you will contribute to live transformation projects for clients involving design, configuration, and rollout of major HCM platforms like Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, and Oracle HCM. Responsibilities

Support requirements gathering and solution design for cloud HCM implementations
