The CRB Graduate Development Program is a 17-month, non-rotational opportunity designed to provide a holistic view of the industry through hands-on experience and deep dives into specific business areas. Participants will engage in robust onboarding training and work with placement teams to assess, model, and structure client risks while securing insurance quotations. The role focuses on developing a broad knowledge base, varied skills, and a diverse network to shape a career in risk management and brokerage.
