Graduate Solicitor

This role offers a Graduate Solicitor the opportunity to join a large Property and Private Client team in Wellington, providing meaningful exposure and hands-on experience through an award-winning national graduate programme. The position involves working on a broad mix of property transactions, private client matters, and governance work while building strong technical foundations under the guidance of experienced lawyers. Candidates will receive structured support, including a buddy programme and direct access to Partners, to develop confidence and practical skills from their first week.
