About this role

A Graduate (Summer) Intern in Distributed Energy Systems at the National Laboratory of the Rockies will support the Grid Automation and Control group on research projects to improve visibility of electric distribution systems with high distributed energy resource penetration. The role focuses on developing optimal sensor placement strategies and training models to estimate and forecast grid-edge conditions, while working within a multidisciplinary research environment. The position is mission-driven and based at the Golden, CO laboratory.
