The Puma Energy Africa Graduate Program is a one-year rotational development program for recent graduates, offering rotations across Supply, Operations and Retail to accelerate learning and career growth. It targets fresh bachelor's degree holders and aims to identify high-potential candidates for permanent roles within Puma Energy or the wider Trafigura Group at the end of the 12 months. The program provides international exposure across Puma's African operations.
