Grain Operations Manager

This role is responsible for the operational oversight and management of all employees within the Grain Operations division for New Vision Coop. The position focuses on driving operational and employee efficiencies while ensuring the effective management of grain quantity, quality, and inventory across various locations. The manager coordinates labor and equipment requirements, oversees receiving and shipping logistics, and provides leadership and coaching to direct reports.
