The role involves tracking budgets, monitoring expenditures, ensuring compliance with sponsor and university regulations, and collaborating with various university offices and principal investigators throughout the award lifecycle.

Responsibilities

Track and develop budgets and account information for sponsored awards
Monitor spending and burn rates to ensure compliance and avoid overspending
Support payroll costing allocation and make necessary accounting adjustments
Collaborate with accounting, pre‑award, and other university offices on grant management
Provide liaison support to principal investigators, faculty, and external sponsors
