Grant and Program Coordinator

The University of the District of Columbia is seeking a highly organized Grant and Program Coordinator to facilitate the administrative and programmatic implementation of a federally funded quantum research initiative. The incumbent will coordinate the operational infrastructure that enables faculty, researchers, students, and collaborators to perform project activities efficiently. Major responsibilities include grant expenditure tracking, procurement coordination, personnel actions, payments, meetings, performance documentation, workshops, conferences, quantum-literacy programming, outreach, and grant-reporting support.
