The Grant Specialist I serves as the bridge between faculty, leadership, and staff in the Taylor Family Department of Neurosurgery and the resources needed to secure research funding. The role focuses on pre‑award grant activities such as proposal preparation, budgeting, compliance, and submission, while working primarily remotely and attending on‑campus meetings at least once a month.
