Grants Administrator

The Grants Administrator provides guidance, training, and oversight for grant applications, compliance, reporting, and post-award management at YWCA South Hampton Roads. This role works closely with internal departments and external partners to strengthen the organization's capacity to secure and manage grant funding effectively. The position supports the organization's strategic priorities by aligning grant strategy with program evolution and ensuring accurate impact measurement.
