Grants and Finance Manager

The Grants and Finance Manager oversees the day-to-day management of grants, financial, procurement, and administrative functions to ensure operational efficiency and compliance with donor requirements and local regulations. This role supports partner capacity strengthening, ensures proper accountability of project funds, and aligns financial resources with planned activities and results. The position provides hands-on financial management and grants administration support across the full grant and financial management cycle, including subaward management, accounting, and reporting.
