Grants & Development Coordinator

The Grants & Development Coordinator supports the Central Lincoln County YMCA's mission by collaborating with leadership to create and manage grant efforts that align with organizational priorities. This role involves drafting grant requests and reports, maintaining donor database records, and overseeing the grant calendar to ensure timely submissions. The position also includes processing gifts, managing donor communications, and partnering with the Communications Coordinator to enhance donor engagement. Additionally, the coordinator participates in fundraising efforts and builds relationships with staff, participants, and community partners to maximize program impact.
