Grants Management Coordinator

The Grants Management Coordinator supports the full lifecycle of active grants within the Resource Operations and Insights unit, focusing on grant contracting, reporting, data integrity, and cross-functional coordination. The role involves managing the contracting process for new grant agreements, maintaining accurate records in Salesforce, tracking deadlines and deliverables using Asana, and preparing materials for funder reports. This position requires collaboration with program and finance teams to ensure grant requirements are met and funding commitments are effectively delivered to California community colleges.
